Patrick and his brother truly went above and beyond to help us after the terrible storm on Friday. A huge tree limb caused significant damage to the electrical equipment outside our home, and they responded quickly, explained exactly what needed to be done, and worked incredibly hard to get everything repaired safely. They were professional, knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely cared about helping us during a very stressful situation. We are so grateful for their kindness and excellent work. I would recommend them without hesitation!

Jireh Electric sent technicians out the very same day I called. As a new customer, I've been blown off by other companies, but Jireh didn't mind helping me at all. Joshua and Robert arrived promptly during the scheduled appointment time and were so professional and kind. They changed two disc light fixtures and updated the color temp on my other fixtures—no more yellow light for me! I'm so happy to finally have all the lights working again, and I really appreciate Jireh for not making me feel like this little project was beneath them. Yes, it was easy for them. But there was no way I was going to do it myself. Appreciate it!

Honestly the electrician was really down to earth talks to you at your level and was real professional,was a simple fix for something i facepalmed myself after he showed me. But he didnt make me feel dumb about it,guy was a Veteran too which was awesome to see that local companies helping out. Was bout 250 to fix outlett not bad from some the horror stories ive heard on other businesses. If i needed to redo wire completly or fixture wouldve been covered in cost too which is a good deal

I had a tree limb fall on a power line causing transformer to go out, which also bent the 2 inch galvanized mast on the roof. I initially called for a quote, they said they could get it done that day. They exceeded expectations and got the job done to code. Will be using them again for future projects and home improvements.

Jiovan and his team delivered exceptional service. They were able to dig a trench through my front yard to run an electric line to the front of my gate for an automatic motor installation. I hired Jireh Electric to rewire my two story home which was built in 1938. This was a very complex job requiring Abel and Jiovan to work in the crawl space, the attic, the garage and throughout the home. We were really satisfied with Jireh Electric and our electrician Israel Vargas. Friendly and very professional. He was also very informative regarding the wiring and type of lighting options for bulbs, i.e (incandescent, halogen and LED) for the light fixture we wanted to install. Luckily, everything was good to go with the current wiring as we live a home from the 1920’s. Installation was completed in minutes. We will definitely request Israel again. I’ve had them come out twice for electrical issues and unfortunately both times they got here. The stuff started working. They didn’t charge me to come out and check this. I will definitely keep using them. I called him on a Friday afternoon. They showed up within several hours of me calling and they did it the last time as well. They got in the same day or the next day. I can’t remember exactly, but I highly recommend them.

Verified Found Jireh Electric when looking for someone to wire in a backup generator for our home. I actually chose Jireh Electric over others, as they responded quickly via Thumbtack (an app you can find vendors through for jobs/tasks you need help with). They also offered free estimates! That was a huge incentive, as I feel charging for the estimate for it to be used toward service only if selected is a form of coercion. They were able to fit me into their schedule incredibly quickly, and they offer a really neat tracking feature to provide estimates for your tech's arrival. This was amazing as a 4 hour window can really leave you hanging, but with this, I was able to plan accordingly. They were professional, courteous, and made sure everything worked when the job was complete. They also communicate receipts/estimates/appts via email. I really appreciated this as my husband and I, as most people, are juggling a dozen different things while also trying to adult responsibly and prepare for winter. The only area of improvement I would suggest, is perhaps the techs who are servicing New Braunfels and driving in from West San Antonio, is to leave earlier. Both techs, the estimator and the one who completed the work, both left West SA after 8a for an 8a-12p appointment window. If not able to leave earlier, push the appointment time back to a more realistic eta, like 930a. Overall, Jireh electric was great, and we will certainly call them again if we have any electrical issues/to-dos.

These guys are great. They came and changed the inside and outside Federal Pacific panels at my 1977 house, which is no small job. They were thorough, brought everything up to code, and handled all city permitting needs seamlessly. The team was no-nonsense - clearly knowledgeable and professional. Answered all my questions and seemed pleased to get my business. Most important for me, this panel change-out is a more expensive job than I anticipated (Jireh’s price was very competitive) and they got me hooked up with financing, so I didn’t have to put it off while I save up or pull from savings. The techs were attentive to what I was asking to be accomplished. They didn’t cut any corners and ensured the wiring was going to be correct. There were options to simply wire in a new plug but they took extra time to find the correct circuit to install the extra plug. Labeling the panel after a remodel was done was tedious but I appreciate the techs taking the time to care about doing something right for a change.

Great experience with Jireh Electric...from the initial estimate to the two days of work put in by the technicians...first class...one time, kept me informed on progress, cleaned up at the end of the day and at the end of the job. Removed two light/fan combo and one master club tube light to 12 recess lighting with 8 in the living room and 4 in the master bedroom. Plus installed two ceiling fans. I contacted this company yesterday to have an estimate for an issue with two lights in my kitchen. They got back to me soon after my request and scheduled an appt for the 22nd. I was then contacted again offering me an appt the next day which I accepted. The technician contacted me the next day even earlier than expected and I was able to follow his as approach in real time. Henry, the technician was very professional and explained the process and cost and what was actually covered by the estimate. Fortunately he was able to determine the issue and repair the problem immediately. I'm very pleased with the service that I received and will definitely call them again if I have another electrical issue.
